Our products

Senyü offers a diverse range of products crafted with traditional weaving techniques from North East India. Our product categories include:

  • Handloom Cushions: Made from 100% cotton and processed with AZO-free dyes, it is skilfully crafted by a collective of women weavers from Nagaland
  • Tableware: This includes table runners, placemats and coasters.
  • Bags: Our collection features handbags, purses, and coin purses.
  • Silk Scarves and Stoles: Eri silk also called “peace silk” because it is harvested without harming the silkworms. Handcrafted by skilled artisans in Assam

Orders

How can I change my delivery address?

Once you have passed through the checkout, we are unable to make changes to your delivery address information.

We would recommend waiting until your order was dispatched to the courier, where you will receive SMS and email updates, at this point you may have the chance to make any amendments with the courier directly.

Where is my order/ tracking?

Once you’ve completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We’ll notify you via email again once we’ve dispatched your order, where you’ll receive a link to track its progress. We work with a third-party courier company to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your order.

Please note, we aim to deliver all orders placed on Standard Delivery in 3 – 5 working days, however some issues fall outside of our control, meaning on occasion your delivery may be delayed.

How do I cancel my order?

We would suggest that should you change your mind about something you ordered, simply return any unwanted items to us using the returns form included in your delivery, and we’ll process your return. Please see read our refund & returns policy.

There is a problem with my order

We are sorry to learn you have experienced an issue with a recent order, as a small business our priority is to ensure all orders are carefully and accurately prepared for our customers ahead of dispatching to the selected courier.

If you are missing an item from your order, we kindly ask to allow 48 hours from receiving your first delivery to allow any additional items to arrive. If this timeframe has passed, please contact us on info@senyucraft.com so that we could assist with any discrepancies.

I’ve received a Damaged or Faulty Item

We are sorry to learn you have experienced this when shopping with us. Each of our products are handmade by skilled craftspeople and are handled and packed with great care to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. However, we understand that very occasionally things can happen.

Please email info@senyucraft.com to report a damaged or faulty item, our Customer Care team will respond as soon as they can with a solution for you.

Delivery

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We offer deliveries outside of the UK. Delivery lead times and costs for Offshore services are calculated at the checkout and are based on the size of the order and location. Please note that some of our larger items are not available for delivery outside of UK mainland.

How do I return an item, and who covers the cost?

You can return any item using the online returns portal, click  to register a return with us. If you are returning an item that is damaged or faulty, we recommend contacting us on info@senyucraft.com for a free return – for all other returns reason, this cost is covered by you.

Making an Exchange

Sadly, we are unable to offer an exchange service on any items purchased. Once an item is received back to Senyu, a refund will be issued automatically. For more information on placing a return, take a look at

If you have a damaged or faulty item please contact us, we will be able to resolve this for you. Please do not return a damaged or faulty item before speaking to a member of our team.

All of the information we have available for our items, are detailed on the product pages. Take a look at the section drop down “Product Details” where you will find all dimensions, care instructions and information.

Whilst we are trying our best to source more information from our suppliers, we understand it is frustrating if a piece of information is missing. Please feel free to contact us  with your query we will do all we can to assist you.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Please refer to the  to establish whether your order is eligible. If the code still does not work, try removing the code from the basket and refresh your web pages. Your basket should still remain, and you should then be able to reapply your discount code.

Please note that all discount codes and vouchers have an expiry date.

Most of our discount codes have a minimum order value, excluding the delivery charge.

Note that gift vouchers do not have a minimum order value.

If your voucher or discount code is in date and your basket meets the minimum threshold but still doesn’t appear to work then please contact us. We will be able to resolve this for you.
